CHEAPID BUYING GUIDELINES
Welcome to Cheapid Online Store! Before placing your order, please take a moment to read and understand our buying process and policies.
TYPES OF TRANSACTIONS
We offer three (3) types of transactions to serve you better:
- Store Pickup – For customers who can personally visit our physical store.
- Delivery – For customers within Metro Manila and nearby provincial areas.
- Shipping – For customers nationwide (outside Metro Manila).
HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDERS
STEP 1: Placing Order
Once you confirm and place an order, it will be recorded in our order list. The status of your order will be updated there and used as our main reference.
STEP 2: Approval
Please note that placing an order does not automatically finalize your purchase. Prices and availability may change without prior notice. Every order must first be reviewed and approved by an admin before it proceeds.
STEP 3: Payment
Once approved, you will receive payment instructions. Orders will only proceed once the required payment or downpayment has been settled.
STEP 4: Payment Confirmation
After payment, please send proof of payment. Your payment details and receipts will be attached to your order record.
STEP 5: Processing
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Processing time may take several days depending on availability. If there are any updates or changes to your order, we will notify you immediately.
STEP 6: Dispatching
Once ready, your order will be dispatched to our Logistics Department, which will coordinate with you for delivery, shipping, or pickup, depending on your chosen transaction type.
STEP 7: Reviews
After receiving your order, we’d love your feedback! Please leave a review on our website or share your experience in our community group to help us improve our services.
REMINDERS
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Items are not considered sold until a downpayment is made.
- Product specifications and accessories may change based on manufacturer updates.
- Processed orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
- If an item becomes unavailable, we may suggest a replacement or similar product.
- Refunds will only apply to unavailable items and not to entire orders.
FOR STORE PICKUP
- Please inquire first before visiting the store to confirm availability.
- After checkout, contact us for order confirmation.
- Wait for our confirmation before visiting to avoid inconvenience.
- Visiting without confirmation is at the buyer’s own risk; Cheapid will not be liable for any loss of time or expenses.
- Downpayment is encouraged for item reservation. Placing an order alone does not reserve the item.
- Full payment must be made upon pickup.
- For bulk orders, we may require a valid ID or downpayment before processing.
- Assembly or testing will only begin after payment or downpayment confirmation.
- Any customization or modification requests must be finalized before visiting.
- Receipts will be issued upon pickup—please check your items, change, and receipt before leaving.
FOR SHIPPING (Nationwide)
· You may inquire or place an order through our website, Facebook page, or hotline.
· After placing your order, please contact us for confirmation.
· We will provide you with payment instructions — full payment is required before shipment.
· A downpayment reserves your item, but shipment will only proceed once full payment has been settled.
· Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for shipping transactions via cargo, air, or sea.
· Please allow 5–7 business days for order preparation and processing before shipment.
· Payments are accepted through BDO, UnionBank, or GCash.
- Once payment is made, orders cannot be canceled.
- Any remittance fees or extra charges must be shouldered by the buyer.
- For LBC COD/COP, a 10% non-refundable downpayment is required before processing.
- Include shipping and packaging costs in your payment unless using a “collect” shipping method (e.g., AP Cargo, Capex).
- Shipping costs are estimated and may vary depending on the courier’s final rate. Any remaining balance must be settled before shipment.
- A delivery receipt will be attached to your parcel.
- Please notify us once you have received your item.
FOR DELIVERY (Metro Manila and Nearby Areas)
- You may inquire or place an order through Facebook, Phone, or Website.
- Contact us to confirm your order after checkout.
- A valid ID is required for order verification.
- Full payment is made upon delivery unless otherwise advised. Some cases may require a downpayment before dispatch.
- COD is available only in selected Metro Manila areas and applies to:
- Orders above ₱1,000
- Orders below ₱20,000 (non-bulk)
- All items are checked and tested before delivery. Our delivery team cannot perform setup or testing onsite.
- Delivery schedules are based on queue. ETAs are given only once confirmed by logistics.
- You will receive a call before delivery.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
- Delivery may be rescheduled due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances.
- If the buyer cannot pay upon delivery, the order will be pulled back to our warehouse, and delivery costs will be charged to the buyer.
- Any confirmed and dispatched delivery that gets canceled will still incur delivery fees.
- A delivery receipt will be provided upon completion.
