Booking and Processing
• Processing Time: Service bookings usually take 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation message on our Cheapid page once your booking is finalized.
• Time Slots: We do our best, but exact time slots cannot be guaranteed since service duration and on-site conditions can vary.
• Dispatch Hours: Services are dispatched daily between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Keeping Our Service Professional
1. No Direct Contact: To ensure fair and safe service, clients/customers should not make direct arrangements or any unofficial transactions with our technicians.
2. Company Responsibility: Our company cannot be held responsible for issues that arise from agreements made directly with a technician outside our official channels.
3. Unauthorized Contact: If a technician has unauthorized direct contact with a client/customer, the company will not be liable for any resulting issues.
4. Reporting: If you notice any such activities, please report them to CHEAPID Management. Verified reports will be rewarded!
