TERMS OF SERVICE & DISCLAIMER
- We strive for accuracy in our advertisements but cannot guarantee freedom from errors or typographical mistakes. Ads are for informational purposes only. For clarifications, comments, or suggestions, please contact us.
- Stock availability, specifications, promotions, and prices may change without prior notice.
By using our services or making purchases, you agree to all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of this agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review these updates periodically.
OVERVIEW
- Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cheapid.
- Sales channels include our website, Facebook, posters, banners, and other promotional mechanisms.
- By using our services or making purchases, you accept all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
- We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of this agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review these updates periodically.
SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
- We may refuse service or sale to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Do not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our services without written permission.
- Visit our store only after placing an order to confirm item availability. Visiting without prior confirmation is at your own risk.
- Orders must be paid in full or have a downpayment before assembly begins.
- Quotations/orders are valid for 3 days only. Without a downpayment, the order becomes null and void.
- No reservation is accepted without a downpayment.
SECTION 2 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
- Prices are subject to change without notice and are VAT-exclusive.
- Regular, discounted, and sale prices may vary.
- Orders based on supplier availability cannot be canceled once placed.
- We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of service.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
- Some products/services may be exclusive or limited in quantity.
- We strive to display product images/colors accurately but cannot guarantee perfect representation.
- Sales may be limited by region, person, or quantity at our discretion.
- All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
- We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be from resellers, dealers, or duplicate accounts.
- Customers must provide accurate account, billing, and purchase information.
- Update your account information promptly to ensure smooth transactions.
SECTION 5 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS
- Any comments or submissions sent to us may be used freely without compensation.
- Comments must not violate any third-party rights or contain malicious content.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any comments you submit.
SECTION 6 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
- Some information on our website or sales channels may contain errors or omissions.
- We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders without prior notice.
- Reference images may differ from actual products.
SECTION 7 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
- Cheapid is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
- Dead pixel warranty applies only for more than 5 pixels on monitors.
- Liability ends once the item is handed over to a courier.
- No software is installed unless purchased and paid for separately.
SECTION 8 – WARRANTY POLICIES
Returns
- Eligible for 7 days from purchase.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and without physical damage.
- Perishable goods (thermal paste, cables, mousepads) and downloadable software are non-returnable.
- Compatibility issues are not valid for returns.
Refunds
- Only granted if no replacement is available within 7 days.
- Compatibility issues are not eligible.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
- Downpayments are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is processed.
Sale Items
- Sale items are non-refundable.
RMA/RA/RGA Items
- Supplier determines warranty outcome.
- Items not picked up within 7 days after notification may incur a PHP 50/day storage fee.
- Items left for more than 60 days may be forfeited or disposed of.
Terms & Conditions
- Warranty applies to hardware under normal use only.
- Accidental or malicious damage voids warranty.
- Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
- Unauthorized modifications void warranty.
- Warranty does not cover software training or data loss.
Return to Base Warranty
- Item must be returned to the store.
- Transportation costs are borne by the customer.
Technical Support
- Support is limited to online, phone, or in-store guidance only.
Replacement
- Covered items may be replaced immediately if available.
- Items not covered for instant replacement are subject to supplier pull-out (2–3 weeks).
SECTION 9 – INDEMNIFICATION
- You agree to indemnify and hold Cheapid and its affiliates harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or violation of laws.
SECTION 10 – SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
- Limited delivery available for Metro Manila and nearby areas (minimum PHP 1,000).
- No COD for shipping items.
- All shipping materials and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Processing time: 5–7 days.
- Orders may be dispatched in partial shipments.
- For orders above PHP 3,000, use a traceable courier or shipping insurance.
SECTION 11 – PAYMENTS
- Cash is preferred.
- Payment can be via bank deposit or remittance only through verified staff.
- Downpayments secure an order but do not lock the final price.
- Check payments must clear before order processing.
- Bulk order downpayments are non-refundable.
SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW
- All agreements are governed by Philippine law.
- Product names and logos belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 13 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
- We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
SECTION 14 – UNCLAIMED RETURN AND REPAIR ITEMS POLICY
- Maximum storage: 3 months from notification.
- After 3 months, items may be disposed of or incur a PHP 500/month storage fee.
- Customers are responsible for claiming items within the timeframe.
